• Mail-in fleeces must be received by Friday, February 7, 2026.
• Mail fleeces to:
  • Bob Pulse, 1154 CR 4360, Decatur, TX 76234.
• Carry-in fleeces must be received at the show check-in table on Thursday, February 12, 2026 by 5:00 pm.

In accordance with AOA Rules, the entry requirements are as follows:

• All fleeces must not be over 380 days since shearing.
• Juvenile fleeces must be 183 days at the time of shearing or have 6 months of growth to be eligible.

Go to the TXOLAN Alpaca Association website and click on the link for registering for the show.

When registering, there are three (3) important items needed:

• ARI certificate for each fleece entered.
• Exhibitor Disclosure Form (now online). If co-owned, both owners must log in to sign the disclosure.
• Owner of Record Form (OOR) if the certificate is in another farm’s name. Must be signed, dated, scanned, and uploaded separately.

When scanning, set the scanner to 300 dpi. The official AOA registration image should be of proper size.

After registering, print a copy of each fleece tag and place it with your fleece in a clear plastic bag of 1 mil thickness or less, approximately 30 gallons.

UPS, FedEx, and USPS are acceptable carriers. If not using a prepaid label from UPS/FedEx, all fleeces will be returned via USPS. Prepay for return shipping at $15.00 per fleece, $7 per additional fleece.

To obtain a prepaid label:

• Create an account with FedEx or UPS.
• Print out a shipping label with your address.
• After the show, your box will be shipped with your label, and you will be charged accordingly.
• DO NOT send a prepaid Priority Mail label from USPS. It will not account for added ribbon weight.
• DO NOT send stamps.
